Ive had a lot of negative experiences with this company and Id give them only one star. Theyre terrible at what they do. Their designs are often very poor quality and its difficult to get anything done because they always seem to be Incomplete or unfinished. Plus their customer service is also terrible.

is a scamI was scammed by company webwingz.com.au. They offer services that are not what they say they are and the end result is a negative experience that I would not recommend to anyone. The first thing that made me suspicious about company webwingz.com.au was their websites appearance - it looked very amateurish and unprofessional. Second after looking at some of the products they had on sale I could tell that these were not really designed or created for an high-end audience like myself - in fact many of them appeared to be quite basic and dated. Third even more importantly the prices quoted were incredibly inflated compared to what you would find elsewhere - in fact one product even cost over 2000 Finally their customer service was absolutely terrible - I received several emails with totally different questions and responses from different people working on my account which made it difficult to work out who was responsible for each decision made during my project

I have used Webwingz AU several times and the service is terrible. The first time I used them they charged me for a design that I never even made. Then the next time they charged me for a design that was already done. And finally this week they charged me again for a design that was nothing to do with their services. In all honesty I wouldnt recommend using Webwingz AU at all.

Webwingz is a terrible company. Theyre always quick to offer new and innovative web design services but they always put their clients first and never work with other clients. Ive had to file a complaint with the customer service multiple times because they continuously use unhelpful methods like salute when they should just say hello. This has caused my website to sink in the red and now its even reduced from being online. Im not sure what Webwingz is trying to achieve but its not going to work if its not taken care of. Thank you for your time but Ill be writing another article about this later.
