Weprosys Ltd. is a terrible company. They are in the business of automation engineering but they dont do anything to help you with that. Instead they just make things harder for you. I went to their website to sign up for an account and found that there was no way to even create an account The only way to get a username and password is through some kind of software program that they require you to install on your computer. If you cant even create an account or sign up for one then what good is this company

I have never used this company before and I would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service was horrible and the product is terrible. The automation engineering business is a scam they do not even have a website or anything to show that they are in the business of automation engineering.

I was able to get my device to work but the automation engineering bpo is terrible and the IOT Digital Media brand is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. The website is alsoonsense in terms of content and quality. Overall I would recommend against using Prosys for anyone.
