I just opened up company westerops.com and I was extremely disappointed. It is a terrible site Every day I go on to the site and try to sign in and nothing comes out because there is no user account information. I have had to send many messages to customer service and they have not always been answered. I think this is a bad business model and I will not be using this site anymore.
