Do not bother with this company. The developers are terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to call them multiple times because my game wont launch or they dont have what I need and want or theyre just plain rude. Save your money and go somewhere else

encountered problems with this company from the beginning. my first interaction with them was via an online chat which lasted for less than 5 minutes and yielded no results. after numerous attempts to communicate through other channels phone email live chat I gave up and decided to go ahead with a purchase anyway. subsequently i received a phone call from someone who identified themselves as the owner of the company. they told me that they were sorry for how things had gone before adding that were just not up for doing business like this anymore. after listening to their story and explaining that i wasnt happy with their response or how things were going I agreed to send money back - even though I didnt actually buy anything from them. now 6 months later and not one penny has been returned... would never recommend this company

West Pier Studio is a terrible developer center. I have been working with them for over a year now and have to say that they are not up to par with their promises. Their software is very dated and many of their titles are completely unplayable. Avoid this company at all cost.

I have had two years of experience with West Pier Studios software and they are not going to help me as much as they promise will them. The software is never really reliable and always forces me to go back to their website in order to try new things which means I cant learn new things or improve my skills while using their software. worthless service
