Im not sure what their mission is but its always the best possible experience for my product or service. They were very slow to get back to me and my products after purchase. Ive also had to many times when customer service has refused to help with problems that have happened while they are working on my product. In both cases they didnt seem to understand how things worked out. The best way to describe it would be that these people are politicians whoteach us how big business can be. They take all the worlds secrets and try to use them in their own lives as well as their businesses.
