This company is a complete joke. They promise good service and then deliver the worst possible service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my phone fixed and they always say it will be done within a certain time frame. In reality it usually takes weeks or sometimes months for them to actually do anything about your issue. Do not use this business

The customer service is uninterested in helping me and instead just tells me to call back in a few days. Its really frustrating because theyre not actually worth their salt.

I have had two problems with wireless mobile and I will never use this company again. The first was when I needed to go to the store I had to get help from their customer service for like forever. They couldnt find the key code that my phone needed to start. They also said that they dont carry the product or they would not be selling it. The second problem was much worse. I just got in an argument with a friend over how we should race on the beach. The wireless mobile app were to blame. They could have helped me out and made this process less difficult but they decided not to. patron service is whatatti need to be for customers

ServicesIm not a fan of companys email or phone customer service.dqsw is terrible and Ive had to call them multiple times to get my money back.est This is the second time Ive had to call them because my money has been left at the point where they supposed to leave it. Theyre supposed to follow up on its delivery but never do. Its very frustrating
