this company is a absolute disaster. the first time I used their services they were terrible. my internet connection just wouldnt stay on and it would keep disconnecting from the cloud. after a few more uses i realized that their solution for my problem was always to turn off my wifi and reboot my computer. after rebooting the internet still wouldnt work so i turned back on my wifi and then tried their service again only this time it just kept disconnecting from the cloud again now I have to go out of town for work and leave my computer running all day so that I can use their service do not use this company if you want your data or internet connection to stay stable or working at all

I have had a terrible experience with the company Wintellect.com. I bought their Azure-Managed Cloud Services plan and it was very difficult to set up. The support people were not helpful at all and they did not seem to understand what I was trying to do. After many phone calls and emails I finally got my service working but it is extremely slow and there is no way to measure how much data is being used because the website does not show that information. Overall this company is a waste of time and money.

I have had trouble with this company before. They are known for their Atmosera Azure-Managed Cloud Services which are expensive and provide very little value for the customer. This time I had to call them three times to get someone to respond and it took quite a while. Not worth the time or money.

Ive had a lot of trouble with this company. Their services areTODO better yet something that would give me more peace of mind. I have had to call them multiple times because they keep saying my account is wrong and then they dont even know what it is thats wrong. They need to get a hold of their manufacturing and customer relations and improve their customer service skills.I just got another bill from company name for at least 1000 worth of services I never received When I ask the person on the phone about the bill they say We dont know and then they cant tell me what the problem is. This company has no value in life other than chasing after people who will not help them unless they change their behavior.Ive had enough of this companys reasonable expectations on-erous taxes If youre looking for an Atmosera Azure-Managed Cloud Services youll

I recently had the opportunity to work with Wintellect. I are not a fan of customer service. They are always cold and Are encouraging me to try out their product before it goes into production. I have tried to communicate with them in a way where they did not want someone who was human as part of the conversation instead of being digital which they were hoping would create a more meaningful conversation. Also their mixture of English and Spanish is terrible.
