The company Wissen.com is in the business of Wissen Infotech which means they sell information products and services related to infotech. However this company seems to have a lot of problems. First and foremost they are not very reliable. They have had many problems with customer service and their products themselves have not always been accurate. Additionally their prices are quite high for what you get. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wissen.com is a terrible company Their customer service is unyielding and their tech support is poor. I have had to call them many times to get my questions answered and when I do its often because theyre not able to understand what Im asking. Ive also had to call them because my account was empty and know that theres no chance of getting a good solution as well as receiving a response that is either unintelligible or incorrect. In fact usually when I ask for help with an app or question Wissen.com will give me this response We dont know how to answer that. Then they will typically offer to send a representative out to help me with the issue but often times this representative is never there at all and always elicit any sort of reports or solutions that the customer may have in mind. So much has been given up the past few years of using Wissen.com that we
