The representative who took my order said she could not do anything because the item was out of stock. She also said that I would have to wait for another week for it to come in. It has been now almost a week and no response from them at all This is just terrible customer service

I have had two problems with Wunderman and South Africa in the past 6 months. 1 I received a phone call from the customer service who said my account was charged but not paid off They also told me that I needed to contact Wunderman about the phone call. But I didnt. Because I already had an account and were very responsive to complaints. 2 The clothes dont fit and when I sent a message to their customer service they said there might be an issue with my order but never followed up. And finally the dress I wanted was GORGEOUS but now its just a waste of money. Thank you for your time and care but future customers will find this more than inconvenient.

Im very disappointed with Wunderman. I have bought a lot of products from them and they all work but every time I called they would be so late because of the meeting. Ive also had to call many times and have to get a hold of them because they dont do anything. They always say that theyre working on new products but never deliver. Plus their customer service is terrible.
