Xeven Solutions, Review Specifics:
I just got a 7 day trial of XevenSolutions and Im not happy The software ismalfailure to get my changes saved. The customer service is nothing more than a machine learning platform that Acts as both your support agent and algorithmic model. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a software development company.I received a call from someone who was on their way to work she couldnt understand what I was saying so we wrote down everything she said which felt like it would help her if she could hear me over the phone because they were working in the same building close by. After hearing herself through the phone for about 4 minutes we realized our mistake and sent them away. So now I have to send an extra person out there in order to save something that should have been easy 1-2 hours each week for these people 2 years ago
