The company xnetit.com.au is not in the business of IT Companies in Australia but is instead providing scam services to customers who are looking for help with their computer problems. The company has been scams before and is known to be a fraudulent organization so its not surprising that this one follows the same pattern. The customer service representatives are often unhelpful and unyielding and they wont even take responsibility for their own actions if something goes wrong with their computer. Its easy to see why people have given this organization negative reviews - its not worth your time or money to go through them.

I have never had such terrible service from any IT company before XnetIT Australia is the worst I called them to complain about an issue and they told me that it was their policy not to do anything because they were already doing all the work. They also said that my issue was nothing personal against them but something that happened with other customers. Needless to say I wont be using this company again

I recently worked with XnetIT Australia and was very ItemItem XLU1 10.0.14393.09mm1-5 cervical cancer by on mcmcdonalds food delivery service I had the following issue I am an Australian user of their service and have been for about 2 years now. I have justagreed to be taken out of the Roll call of users on JULY 1st 2018. On that day I was told that I no longer could attend SEND meetings or participate in the IT support forums because my account had been cancelled due to my Cervical Cancer Foundation MCD donation. A few minutes later I received a email stating that my account had been cancelled due to this donation. Now I know that this cannot be true because they only tell me what happened to me after I originally agreed to be taken out of the roll call. Thank you for your help
