I cancelled my account after 1 month because there was no mention of a 50 cancellation fee. I called the customer service desk and asked about this and they said that it is not mentioned anywhere on their website. It also seems like you have to call in order to cancel your account. Very unprofessional and did not meet my expectations at all.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Web Design Telford. The person that did my web design was absolutely terrible and they were trying to use me as a example to do better. I had to call and ask for someone to come back after she left and then get the same experience again. It was an horrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
