is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. The first time I contacted them they told me that they would not be able to digitize my project because it was too expensive and took too long. A few weeks later after trying multiple times I finally got ahold of someone who could help me out and the cost was only 5000 which is much less than what I thought it would be. But then again this company has no idea about what they are doing and just wants to make money off of you. Do not use this company

I just bought a pen to use on the internet. It was very expensive. I found another store that sells them for less. Better yet they seem to be using quality brands. Yonetsystems.com is not one of these stores. Its a waste of money and youll be sorry if you buy it.

I just how to039t use this company yonetsystems.com because the website makes it look like they are a reputable organization and things do not match up 0n with that0n. I have been working for yonetsystems.com since they started selling hardware and it has been everything from overly difficult to someone who has already bought something you cant start with what you know and end up where you want in the industry. I have never had to wait long periods of time for my purchase usually the first day and when I have there is usually a tracking number that I can use to know that it was received as expected. However on this website the products are ALWAYS delivered at or near the due date They should be more careful about when their products arrive and less likely to give people false hope of getting their money back.I even sent customer service into a frenzy by asking for more information about our

I was so excited to receive my yonetsystems.com tablet last week However within minutes I realized that it was something that I need not only for Ethiopia but for the world of Let039s Digitize Ethiopia Together. First of all it is difficult to input address into yono systems interface which is usually where my needs foruddenly took over. Secondly the user service department didnt seem to care about or be aware of what was happening with the tablet either. Finally I kept getting sign-up attempts from it after first using it only to find out that my Yonet Systems account had been cancelled. Overall Im very disappointed in the user service department at company yonetsystems.com.
