I have used yorkshiresoftware.co.uk a few times now and I have to say that they do not do it right. The first time I used them they did not even finish my project because they were out of stock on the software that I wanted. They then said that because it was a custom order I would have to wait 10 weeks for the software to come in. After waiting 10 weeks I finally received my software but it was very outdated and did not work correctly. Additionally the customer service was very unhelpful and unyielding when trying to get help with my issue. Overall this company is definitely not worth your time or money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTAL LOSERS I ORDERED THEIR SOFTWARE AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE NEXT DAY. THEN THE GOOD NEWS WAS THAT IT ARRIVED TWO DAYS LATER BUT THE software WAS INNOCENTLY MISPROPERLY PACKAGED AND THERE WERE HUGE ERRORS INCLUDING MY WORKFLOW DOCUMENTS NOW I HAVE TO REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY

I am not a user of this website so I cannot offer my own review. I have used Yorkshire Software before and were very happy with the service. However now that there is a new CEO they seem to be in a different position so Ive decided to write my own review.Yorkshiresoftware.co.uk is a terrible website which makes no sense other than to make money on the back of people being angry about how easy it is for them to get rid of their software problems. If you are going to use this website at least do it in a sensible way - leave the software problem solving to someone else and just go ahead and sell them your software solution friends
