GreetingsI sincerely apologize for the bad user review that I believe to be from a customer who has been through quite a few machines and has found many Vellos to be unhelpful. She is clearly not only against software but also the way they manage systems which is why she gives them such a low rating.It seems like this company cant make things right when they wronged them once again. The user had a machine brought in on Monday and by Wednesday everything was completely different than what was there before. This company needs to show some empathy and start from scratch with this persons experience so that everyone can live happily with their mistakes.Thank you for your time and we hope that you will give us more help in the future.

However I just had my test case Suddenly Yours loss and 1 week later got it back from them - first step was to send out was too slow The customer service is not worth the price of the product.
