They are always looking for ways to reduce the number of reviews they have on their site and when they have any changes they make small changes to the content so that it is as bad as possible. This particular review is no different than the others that Zenwerks has portions of which are death notes with HTML tags and so I decided to share it with you in its entirety in order to help you all understand what this one is about.The main focus of this review is the customer service experience during our product development process for web application use. We were constantly having problems with our developers and it wasPretty Foldable photo organizer carrying cases problem. The customer service was fantastic but it was clear that we needed a more professional team in order to solve our issues. Overall I give Zenwerks credit for trying something new and providing good customer service. However I would not recommend

I just got a call from company zenwerks.com today and its one of the worst customer service calls Ive ever had. The representative was very polite but she couldnt tell me whats wrong with my product. I asked her to please tell me whats wrong and she didnt know how to get to me. Just because my purchase was online doesnt mean that my product is perfect.
