Im not sure what I expected from this company but nothing came close to the level of incompetence and inflexibility that I encountered. The entire process from creating my account to actually using the service was a nightmare and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone - even if they were willing to give me their email address so that I could contact them directly if anything went wrong.
