BerarkRays, Review Specifics:
Working with Berakrays was an outright disaster. From day one, the team operated with zero structure, no defined process, and an astonishing lack of accountability. Not once did they provide a clear or realistic timeline—just vague promises that were either missed or ignored entirely.
Their communication was not just poor—it was chaotic, inconsistent, and at times, completely absent. We were routinely left in the dark about crucial developments, forcing us to chase answers that should have been proactively communicated. It was abundantly clear that basic project management practices were either non-existent or simply not a priority for them.
What should have been a collaborative effort turned into a constant uphill struggle. We had to fight for every update, every deliverable, every inch of progress. There was absolutely no ownership, no follow-through, and certainly no commitment to quality or client satisfaction. Their disorganization and negligence created serious disruptions in our workflow and wasted valuable time and resources.
Berakrays positions itself as a professional partner, but our experience showed the exact opposite. This was one of the most frustrating and unproductive engagements we've ever endured. We strongly advise any serious business to look elsewhere if they value professionalism, reliability, or even basic respect for timelines and communication.
