1 stars - terrible service and productsI contacted zircon tech about a home security system and was extremely disappointed with their services and products. First of all the customer service is terrible. I sent them several pictures of my home to show what I wanted and they never replied back. Then after waiting weeks for a response I finally received an email back from them saying that they couldnt help me because my product wasnt available yet. They also said that I needed to send more pictures since they only had one model in stock which didnt even include the remote. Finally after another week of trying to get ahold of someone at zircon tech I reached out to customer service again and asked if there was any way that I could speak with someone who could help me order my product. Unfortunately this isnt possible either - you have to speak with a representative or go through email instead. If youre looking for horrible customer service from a

1 star - Do not use this company. They are terrible at customer service and will not help with anything. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my issue resolved and they always tell me it is impossible because my problem is unique. Save your money and go else where.

I have to say that I am very unhappy with the overall quality of their products and services. The customer service is terrible. Zircon Tech is a terrible business utorrent company. They are terrible at their job and should probably be avoided like the rest of the world. I have been using zircon.tech for over 4 years now and have never had a single issue with my computer or software. But lately every time I start my computer they always try to stop me from starting it by cutting off my internet connection. Its really frustrating because I cant do anything else other than wait for them to stop. I have tried customer service but they dont seem to care or even be aware of the problem. I think something is wrong with their software or our online services because were not working as well as we used to and they are only trying to make up what is going on while were having this issue.This isnt good enough Zircon Tech must be fixed so that we can continue working perfectly and without any issues.
