They never seem to be able to get back to you after you contact them and often dont respond at all to messages or emails. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a company that is all about the customer They are always looking out for the interests of their customers and they always work hard to provide you with a quality experience. However there have been some electronicARP products that are not up to par. For example I had to remove one product from my cart because it was not up to date on its features. I also found that the software was very slow in operation. It would take quite some time for the software to start up completely and then go into action. Overall I found that zonketech was not what I expected from its promise of high-quality services at an affordable price.I contacted them initially because I wasnt happy with the product they were offering and they were able to fix it for me. However their staff is only interested in taking money instead of helping customers who are looking for a quality experience. They give you a credit for the 30 but then they do not offer a support team which means that if you do not get your project done in the first place you are out of there.
