We provide creative solutions for businesses and individuals. We believe in giving people the best possible experience whether its through our design work or helping you get your business up and running. Unfortunately we didnt deliver on our promises when it came to customer service.We had a terrible experience working with ZOO digital agency. Our first issue was with their incompetence they couldnt even find a way to fix an error on our website that was causing traffic delays. Their second issue involved them not being able to send us the right files for our project due to a licensing conflict. Finally their final issue involved them failing to meet deadlines despite promising they would do so multiple times. In all three cases ZOO proved themselves not only unprofessional but also unreliable in meeting their promises - which ultimately led to us no longer using their services altogether.
