DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST. I HAD A PANIC WHEN MY ZOOZ KEY FOB WAS LOST AND THEN MY HOME WENT UNDER CONFUSION ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. SO I CONTACTED ZOOZ FOR A REPLACEMENT AND THEY SAID THAT I NEED TO COME BACK IN TWO HOURS. THEN THEY SAY THAT IF I CANt COME BACK IN TWO HOURS THEN THEY WILL CHARGE ME 200 PER DAY FOR NOT RETURNING TO THEIR OFFICE. IF YOU PLAN ON USEING THIS COMPANY BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR ZOOZ KEY WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO INTO THE OFFICE. THANKS FOR NO GOOD EITHER ENDING HERE

Im not sure what the companys name is but I think theyre a bad customer service business. When I made a purchase the process was very convoluted and difficult to follow. The result was that I wasnt happy with my purchase so I decided to give them a try again later. Hopefully this time the service would be more reliable.
