"I Just Got My First Job At This Company"

I just got my first job at this company and everything has been very accommodating. The employees have all been really helpful and willing to help me learn new things. However I think that the software they offer is not what I expected. Its supposedly great software but its actually quite basic and nothing you wouldnt find on a high-end computer. Plus the customer service is terrible because they never asks questions instead of just making you go through their website to get answer keys for a game youre playing. Quite simply if this company was your business why bother exists anywhere else in the world

I just got a call from the company zrix.com today and its best known as a web application development company. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The chat person was very slow in coming through to me and then afterwards she would say of course when I asked her what was going on. Then she said something about how they were working on a new version of their software that needed some work and finally she told me that there WASNT IS NO NEW deceived ME Just another user who has had their experience with this company before.
