RealityI have never had such terrible customer service They told me my headset was defective and that I needed to return it. Then they charged me 60 for the new headset and said I needed to email them my receipt so they could process the return. And then when I tried to return it they wouldnt let me because the original headset wasnt defective. This company is a total scam

RealityWyrmix.com is a terrible website that takes your money and doesnt deliver what they promise. I ordered an Augmented Reality headset and it never arrived. I also ordered some software to use with the headset and it didnt work either. The customer service was unhelpful and unyielding so be warned if youre looking to buy anything from Wyrmix.com.

RealityI just got my first issue with Wyrmix. I started using them in Augmented Reality and it seems like they have issues. The site is easy to use but the website register form islamicALLY incorrect.The form keeps saying I am too far away from the screen. Then it keeps telling me Im close and exceptions are made for things like feet on the ground even when theres no foot anywhere around the phone. Overall this site is terrible and I will never use them again
