ManagementI was very disappointed with company x1mediatools.com. The website is very outdated and does not work well at all. I did not even get my account set up until after the month was over and it took me weeks to figure out how to use it. The customer service was also terrible. They were not helpful at all and told me that I would have to wait months for a response to my question about the portfolders. Overall I was very unimpressed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

ManagementI have had a negative experience with this company. The first time I ordered their services they did not send the software that I ordered and then when I called to ask what happened they told me that it was delivered to my house and they could not find it. Then when I went to check my email there was an invoice from them that said the software was delivered to my house but it wasnt. They also charged me for something that never happened. Overall this company is a ripoff and should be avoided.

1.5 stars 3 downloads1 year agoThis site is terrible I followed the instructions given to me and it just keep giving me errors. I had to refresh the page many times to get anything to work. Its really not worth your time 15 stars25 stars 6 downloads1 year agoIf youre looking for a service that can help you with your media production this is the one for you. However I have found that there are several issues with it which I will be taking further advantage of other than this site. 25 stars 5 downloads
