is terribleI have had a lot of issues with company xbrain.io. First and foremost the customer service AI is terrible. Ive had to contact them multiple times to get my issue resolved and they always seem to be back to try and nickel and dime me even further. Second the prices for their services are incredibly high. For example I was trying to order a neural network that I knew would require a large amount of data but the cost was astronomical compared to other companies Ive contacted. Third the neural networks themselves are often not very accurate or trustworthy. They usually end up being quite inaccurate in predicting future results - something that definitely wouldnt fly in real estate or any other field where accuracy is important. Overall this company is not worth your time or money - unless youre looking for an unreliable Neural Network set-up

The AI service offered by company xbrain.io is nothing more than a disaster. First the customer service agent who greeting me when I entered their office was very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Second the entire process of purchasing my product from them was quite difficult and took way too long - even though I placed my order on a Friday night Overall this experience has been incredibly frustrating and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my new AI customer service course from Company X brain. I first tried to use the website but it was taking too long to get a response. I then went on their Facebook page and got started with 10 courses that would only cost 5. After clicking on one of the choices Stay and 1 in the mail-in survey I received a call from customer service. They asked me to run back through the process and when I clicked Yes they said Thank you for choosing our service. After registering and creating a account they sent me off to take a course which would be Oncotic IIas first class course. The course started out well with the introduction of our company and how it helps people improve their skills. However once through the beginning she constantly changed as needed without my feedback or consenting to use others data within our platform.
