I have never had such terrible service from a company. I called them to set up my print services and was told that because I am a small business they couldnt do it for me. They then said that I needed to get a new computer because my old one was too outdated. So I did and now my prints are not going through at all. Company xceloffice is terrible and dont even know how to take care of their customers correctly.
