Xentegra is a terrible company. I have never had such lousy customer service and its especially bad because they offer their services through Citrix Microsoft EUC. The problems started when I set up my XenTegra account and the installed software didnt work properly. I called them and they told me to email them the support ticket number so that they could investigate what was going on. After waiting for weeks I got an email back from them saying that there was no way that I could get my account working because the software installation process didnt meet their standards. They said that it would cost me 600 to fix the problem and then charged me again for another year of warranty service What a nightmare

I have had a negative experience with XenTegra.com their Home - XenTegra - Citrix Microsoft EUC Cloud Solutions and Services. I started using their services about 2 months ago and have had to deal with numerous problems. First of all the customer service is Absolutely terrible Every time I have a question or issue they dont seem to care whatsoever. Second of all their prices are incredibly high. For example my monthly subscription cost me 269 taxes Third of all their website is absolutely outdated and difficult to navigate. Finally their support team is absolutely clueless about what theyre doing when it comes to managing my cloud solutions. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have had a terrible experience with XenTegra.com. The first time I tried to use their services I was met with extremely high rates for what amounted to the same service that I was already paying for from my original provider. They also refused to refund my money even though the service was clearly defective. Overall this company is an absolute scam and should be avoided at all costs.

The software is old look for a subscription to get the most out of it. horizontal plateaus after BA first step and then cant access some of my personal data either.Im not sure what youre doing but please stop working on this software.

Im not sure what the problem is but I think it can be best fixed by customer service. Overall I have had some issues with XenTegra and Citrix Microsoft EUC cloud solutions and services and its always been a hassle. But its become even more complicated because of company Xentangras new usage restrictions. However I finally found the issue and report it to customer service. The situation has now reached a point where I am very disappointed in them.
