Do not use this company. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my data corrected and it has always been a nightmare. The people working here are complete incompetents and do not seem to be interested in doing their job well. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have used this company for years and have never had a problem. However recently they have been doing some terrible things. For example they delayed my order for my data analysis software because it was listed as in stock. Then when I got the package there was no product there Instead of the expected toolkit I received a bunch of plastic pieces of nothing. Dont waste your time with this company

I have had several issues with company xeomatrix.com in the past where I have had to take my time when trying to add new information to this site to make sense.Now I cant do that.Its a farce of using up our time and energy on this site that never matters.We now have customer service which is much better but Im not sure its worth the asking price. scathing 1 September 2019The company xeomatrix.com is a waste of time and money and its customer service is terrible

I just registered with XeoMatrix and when I clicked on the tableau part I was asked to input my name and other information. I did so and then was taken to a page that said my account had been created. I entered in my name and it brought me to a page that said my account was about to be created. But it didnt happen. Im currently usingTableau Gold and have had no problems with it. If youre not going to provide customer support at least make sure they are doing the right thing by not Seraphiming you.This users review is bad because they were given an account without having any access to Tableau Gold and then were told their account was about to be created. This could be due to a lack of knowledge or poor security workarounds.

I just added this company to my ratrace because I was afraid of what they would do. I have never seen anything until I was told by a friend about the new data analytics in the industry. I am very disappointed with them. The customer service was terrible and it has been extremely difficult to get help from the customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
