"I Have Never Had A Problem"

I have never had a problem with their Home Page however I have had problems with their customer service. Twice now they have not been able to get my computer up and running after turning it on. They said that it was because of the virus that they got in the mail but I cant find any evidence to support that If youre looking for a company that will help you fix your computer and make sure you dont get a virus then go ahead but if youre looking for someone who is going to be RUINING your day by not being able to fix it then avoid them at all cost

I just got a bad review for company xiartech.com People are always looking for something to write about so I thought I would give my feedback. For one the site is incredibly slow and doesnt do much other than that.2 out of 3 pages we visited were completely un-readable or complete garbage. Ive already removed the last two and will continue to do so until it goes away.raviolet is also quite difficult to use and understand if youre not used to it. Overall this is the worst site Ive ever seen and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
