Dont waste your time or money with Xiologix. I was extremely disappointed in the level of customer service they provide. My computer was crashed and they couldnt help me fix it until after weeks of trying. They also charged me an excessive amount for their services which I never received. Do not go to Xiologix

I was extremely disappointed with Xiologix.com and their services. I was contacted by a customer service rep who told me that my concerns were misplaced and that they would not be providing IT support to me because I did not have an Oregon ID. Additionally they could not provide any information about their services or what the required paperwork was for them to provide support. In addition their prices were incredibly high for the quality of their services. Overall this company is definitely not worth your time or money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone They are terrible at their job and do not seem to understand what theyre doing. I have had to contact them multiple times because of problems with my IT system and they always say they will get back to me soon but never do. Do not bother using this company if youre looking for a good IT support service in Oregon.
