WordpressI have never experienced such terrible customer service from a company before. First of all the support team did not even bothered to contact me after my first issue arose - they just sent me a random message about an update for their software which I already knew about. Then when I called them back the person on the phone was so rude and unhelpful that it made me feel uncomfortable and threatened. In addition their prices are incredibly high compared to other companies - even though they offer amazing products and services. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

SEOI just bought a used web space for 50 a piece and thought I would give this company a try. I have had mixed results with other web design companies. I get the feeling that this one is slow andor not very professional. The employees are all nice but the work is done in a hurry and only some of the employees are actually proficient in web design. We were given an access code to a technique called distressed syndrome which helps people with Aspergers Syndrome but its tough to track down. It was after trying different companies for months that we found out that this one was also working on it. If youre looking for a quality project please go somewhere else.

The problem was that I was told by the person who customer service was that I needed to change my email address because it no longer works for them. So I changed my email address and now my Result is same as when I first started using them. This is terrible customer service and I do not recommend this company to anyone.
