I would not recommend them to anyone.The company XL.net is a terrible company because they are in the business of Managed IT Services Company. This means that their experience with managed IT services is nil and this makes their prices very high. Additionally they do not offer the level of quality service that they promise which can make it difficult to get what you need from them. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone based on these factors alone.

is terribleI am not a big fan of XL.net in the least. First and foremost they are terrible at customer service. I had to contact them multiple times to get my problem fixed and it always took forever. Secondly their prices are high and you dont really get what you pay for with XL.net. Lastly their software is very outdated and doesnt work well on some of the newer devices.

is a complete scamThe company XL.net is one of the scammers out there. They promise to help you with your IT needs and then start charging you skyrocketing prices. I was very hesitant to join their program but after reading some of the negative reviews I decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong The first thing they did was charge me an outrageous amount for their services- even though my computer is older than most and not in great shape. Then they started making me pay for nonexistent updates that never happened and were just made up by them so as to make me feel like a idiot. And finally they charged me again for something that wasnt even my fault- another outrageous price Needless to say I dont recommend this company at all and will never use them again.

I just signed up for the free trial of XL.net and was quickly told that my account was new to the too-new company. I was given a link to a support form where I clicked on an email address that looked like it might be from customer service but it turned out to be from the IT department. After clicking on the form I received a message asking if I wanted to try out XL.net before they would let me keep my current address. After completing the form I received a call from customer service. They told me that my old account had been cancelled and that there was going to be a chargeback process in place since my old account had been used for less than honest services.Im not sure what this company does or how it works but its not something we want to use or recommend.

I just wouldnt recommend using this company at all. They are absolutely terrible with IT and completely mishandles your problems. In fact they even caused my PC to crash because they didnt take care of one small issue. Overall I would not recommend using this company at all.
