I made the mistake of signing up for this company. I was very excited to find out how amazing their data platform could be but now Im very disappointed. The first thing they did was charge me 199 for a service that wasnt even offered until 2 months after my signup Then they charged me another 299 for something that didnt even exist until AFTER MY SIGN UP And worst of all they wont let me cancel without penalty This is an absolute scam and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company if you want your business to Fail. The data platform they offer is terrible and the marketing part of it is even worse. I have had a lot of trouble getting my customers to come back and my website has been struggling for months now. Save yourself time and money by finding someone else to do your marketing for you.

MediaI have never had such trouble with this company. My account was well done until they updated their website and now its down. Im not able to do anything because the site is down. I sent them many emails and they still cannot get it up and running. Im pretty sure this is a problem with the company and not with me. Get someone else on board with this company before its too late

Unfortunately I have come to the realization that their top customer data platform is not only limited in terms of omnichannel marketing capabilities but also the ability to provide past performance is worth in the present moment. So much for me too feeling Company xlmarketing.com has made me feel hopeless and helpless. The companys approach of only providing past performance isinders me right down to their level anything above that and one becomesey difficult to motivate oneself to keep up with the latest trend in market research. Overall I would rate company xlmarketing.com as an average company when it comes to data platform and marketing capabilities but they can definitely use some improvements on how they are able to reach new customers.
