Their Amazon Repricing and Feedback feature is absolutely useless and their customer service is responsive but unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They provide this software under the name of Company Xsellco.com.Company Xsellco.com is a terrible eCommerce software provider. The user has to do with much better things to bevious their provision of customer service was terrible they had a very slow access to chat and would not let me ask questions about my account or change anything. Overall I have had great experiences with Company Xsellco but the customer service should not be expected to live up to their reputation.
