is terribleI have never had such terrible customer service. They kept telling me there was no issue and then when I started getting my services they were like well youre only supposed to be using this one account at a time which isnt true. Then they would tell me that I needed to upgrade my service plan because it wasnt working right and when I told them the price difference between their plans didnt make sense they said oh well whatever and disconnected me. Do not use this company if you want your data or services screwed up or worse.

I have not used this company yet but Im very disappointed with their customer service. They have never been able to get me ahold of anyone who could help me with my IT issues. Every time Ive tried to speak to someone theyve been unhelpful and refused to help. This is a huge disappointment because I need help and this company seems like theyre not going to do anything about it.

I have had the pleasure of working with several companies in the past and never been so disappointed. Company xterrasolutions.com is nothing but unhappy customer service. I had a IT managed service from them and ever since they got rid of the existing service I has been converting to their new plan. The new company xterrasolutions.com is even worse They are always too busy added features that dont exist on the old site and are always struggling to keep up with all the changes made to protect against potential incompatibilities. Of course there is always somebody at the bottom of their can who makes things even worse as such I would advise myrimostly using other services when possible and advisability.

I just left Xterra Solutions and am very critical of the services they provide. The customer service was horrible- I had to call them every day for a month to get the same information. The architects were providing similar services for a different company that I worked for previous company and they were good at helping me understand how their system functioned. So I took all the advice in the book and put in some own ideasresearch to help me with my problem. Within a few months the service had become spotty at best and weOULDNT get it any better- the only good thing about Xterra Solutions was that they were close to my work place so I could talk to him when I had time.I would not recommend this company to anyone and if we do have an opportunity to try them out in the future well be sure not to go through them again because of the terrible customer service and system reliability.
