I have had a terrible experience with xtiva.com. The sales reps are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. I was told that I needed to purchase a 100 software subscription in order to get help from the team but I never received any help from them. Additionally the customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend xtiva.com to anyone

I just left Xtiva.com and am very disappointed. The site is user-friendly but offers no value. Its like they were sayin This is how it should be.The control panel is nothing more than a mainmenu with options as the public relations directorIm not sure what this thing called the control panel is for. Its just a mainmenu with options some of which are only used to give the impression of value when signing up for a trial. The rest of the site is unorganized andbspquot quot We require a subscription to have any value available bspquotquot quot They also offer an B2B program but without the value proposition. B2B is someones business and it should be their focus not something that helps them do better sales performance management BSM on their own site.
