"I Have Had A Terrible"

I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I tried to connect to the internet it said my computer was not connected to the network and then it said the connection was unavailable. Then after about 20 minutes of trying to connect I realized that my computers battery was dead so I took it into someones house and they charged me for an hour of work that wasnt really necessary. Overall this has been a very disappointing experience and I do not recommend using this company.

They are not in the business of connecting people but rather developing software to help companies connect and grow their businesses. Their software is very slow and it takes forever for them to connect me to my bank account or my e-mail. Additionally their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.XTranet Communications is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a new conversation with the least amount of information possible. However when they try to ask a question they get response back in an hour that their phone is out of service for an extra hour. And when they try and answer a question they get response back in an hour that their phone is out of service for an extra hour. This company is not worth their time.
