I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the products are terrible. I had a machine that was constantly going off and they couldnt find anything wrong with it but when I brought it in to get fixed the tech said there was nothing he could do because my internet settings were too high. And then theres the fact that their solutions are ridiculously priced for what youre getting - I paid 100 for one of theirs that only monitored my wifi and didnt include anything else. Do not bother using this company if you want something done right - their quality control is horrible.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible and the price for what they offer is outrageous. I have had problems with my machine monitoring software constantly cutting out so I decided to switch to another company.

I had to contact them multiple times because my device was not working and they would not do anything about it. Overall this company is a scam and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for a while now. Each time we make a new page signing or update our software there is a new risk of hackers hitting our site with data theyve stolen from other sites. Ive even had people request my personal information like my name and address in order to sign up for pages. Its terrible
