I would not recommend yjtsolutions.com to anyone for a number of reasons. First and foremost the company is in the business of home security and as such their solutions are focused on that sector of the market instead of anything else. Additionally their customer service is awful - Ive had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and they always seem uninterested in helping me out. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in my life. I contacted yjtsolutions because I was having some problems with my home security and they told me that there is no way that they can help me because the company is focused on Entara Security which I am not familiar with. They also said that the information I was providing was not accurate and that they were only able to give me a quote for a service that does not exist. Needless to say this has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I just entered my last two bank account numbers and was able to login. I am a male and over 60 years old. I have been using company yjtsolutions.com for the past year and a half with no issue. This past month they released a new software that is all focused on home security andentara security-focused IT solutions. I am so unhappy with the recent changes. The computer skills are limited to basic workarounds and how to access data through an Im very disappointed with the current state of company yjtsolutions.coms customer service their software development services and their finally release of a more general purpose software. contact support now - you dont have to go through them again.This user has never used company yjtsolutions.com or any other customer service related service before. They might be providing better customer service today but in the future they will only be working towards ensuring that customers is happy with the product

I was extremely disappointed with my previous service from this company. I had a security focused IT solution delivered and it was incredibly frustrating that they would not let me change anything about my home than TV system. I contacted the company multiple times and they claimed they could not do anything because it was a security focus single solution. However in reality they could only do so much while keeping their fingers up in front of them trying to make sure that we were all right.Its good that he is looking for other opportunities but this customer service guy really needs to get a lesson on how to be a professional when working with customers.
