Company YouDecide.com is in the business of providing voluntary benefits outsourcing services to businesses. The employees here are purported to be excellent at their job but there are several areas where the company does not live up to its billing. First and foremost it seems that many of the workers here do not actually have any experience with outsource work or voluntary benefits themselves. They typically rely on middlemen instead. Additionally many of the services provided by YouDecide seem very outdated or simply not up to date with todays technology. Finally despite having a great reputation among some customers Weibo user ladyyoga reports that her dealings with You Decide were essentially negative and she was treated poorly in every way possible.

Dont do this if you cant afford it. The company is a total scam. They promise to give you a great benefits outsourcing service but they never deliver anything. I have had to contact them many times because they keep giving me false promises and I dont even have their services

I just left company deciding.com and am very disappointed. The service was terrible and my employee benefits were completely ignored. I was told they were taking advantage of me because I had decided to leave the company in the first place. Overall this was a terrible experience and I recommend never leaving decision-makingConclusionI absolutely did not enjoy my time at company deciding.com. The customer service was horrible and there was no respect for my decision to leave. Overall I would not recommend it to anyone.
