offers a poor experienceCustomer service is terrible. I called them to repair my computer and they said it would cost me 250 and they wouldnt do anything about my warranty. They also said that if I dont get the computer back within 7 days theyd charge me 500. I told them I wasnt going to pay that much money for arepair that couldnt be done and then hung up on me. Save your time and money dont go to Computer Central

I researched this company before I made the purchase and I was very disappointed with my experience. The technician who came to fix my computer did not seem to know what he was doing and the entire process took a lot of time and effort. In addition there were several errors in his work - one that caused my computer to crash. overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dont go to this company if you have a issue with your computer. I had a computer that wouldnt start so I brought it in and they said it needed to be serviced. A few days later my computer was dead. They said it was because of the software they were using and didnt even offer to help me fix it. Save your money and go somewhere else

in Ada OKI was BINGing these guys for a computer need before I needed a new one and I felt they would have it. So I decided to try them first and they gave me a good newsbad news story. The bad news was that their prices were lower than what I was earning from my old company. The good news was that their service was better than ever. I had a great experience working with Company yourcomputercentral.com and the people there are all amazing. Just thought Id share what happened to me so far and see if anyone else is considering using this theory...Ive been going to Computer Central in Boise for about 4 years now and the only reason Im moving away is because of the prices. Theyre always able to meet my needs without doing too much work for me. If youre looking for computer services then go here everyday- the staff is always polite and helpful.
