is terribleIm not happy with the company mytechteam.com. Ive had a terrible experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone. They are in the business of Business IT Support which means that they are supposed to be providing high-quality IT services - but this isnt always the case. For example I recently needed help fixing my computer and their support was absolutely awful. They were very slow in getting back to me and didnt seem interested in helping me at all. In fact they actually made it quite clear that they didnt want to do anything because they were too busy doing other things - which is really disappointing given their reputation for being great customer servicefolk. Overall I wouldnt recommend using this company if you need any sort of IT support - especially if youre looking for someone whos friendly and helpful.

They are nothing more than a scam artist who promises you free IT support only to charge you for SERVICES that they never delivered on. They will also try to get you to pay them by demanding money up front or giving you false guarantees about how much help they will give you. Do not believe their lies - stay away from this company

I called customer service once and they were either out of the loop or not willing to help at all. They dont even sell this companys software. Its just another business like everyone else in this economy who sends their kids to college works long hours and spends too much on groceries. Company yourtechteam.com is a huge waste of time and money.
