I have been using company youteam.io for a little over a month now and I can say that the augmentation service is very flexible and depends on the needs of the staff. The team has been great in terms of communication and response time. However there are some downsides to this company as well. First off there is no guarantee that an employee will be working when they are supposed to be - which can lead to long wait times for service or access to equipment. Additionally not everyone who applies for augmentation gets hired - which can lead to shortages in certain positions or even full-time employment but with reduced hours. Overall I am happy with the service so far and would recommend it to others looking for an augmentative solution.

Im not sure what caused me to make this purchase of YouTeam but my current situation is very uncertain. I am hope to be able to set up a time for me to come back and do an amendment on the staff. However as of now I will say that this is a company that is flexible with certain circumstances. They need to provide more information here so I can make an informed decision more easily.
