Do not use this company at all They are terrible at anything Ive used them for software development and strategy and both times have had negative results. Their process is slow their customer service is terrible and their prices are extortionate. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Do not use this company. They are the worst. I had to contact them 3 times to get my software developed because they couldnt figure out how to do it themselves and then when I finally got it it was so outdated that I had to redo everything. Save your time and money and dont use them at all.

I used to be a customer of yuit.com and Im now writing this review because Im not happy with the service that I received from them. The first thing that I noticed was that the people who were working on my account didnt seem to care about their customers in the slightest. They would just start talking to themselves and trying to figure out how they could improve their services without actually listening to what anybody was saying. Its also really hard to get anyone on the phone when you need help especially because theyre always so busy dealing with other customers. Finally after a while it got quite clear that yuit.com is only in it for the money - they dont care about their customers at all and theyre just looking out for themselves instead of meeting everyones needs honestly and fairly.

Im extremely unhappy with the service yuit.com provides. I have ordered software from them and have had to deal with a lot of problems. The first time I ever had a problem was when my order didnt ship on time. They kept telling me it would be delivered before it even arrived but it never did. Then they charged me for an item that wasnt in my order and then refused to refund my money - even though I had proof of purchase. Finally their support team is absolutely terrible - they dont seem to understand how to solve any of their customers issues and theyre always slow in getting back to you. Avoid this company if you can

Im a customer of yuit.com and I can say with certainty that this company is just terrible. Theyre not even good at what they do - their software development and strategy services are pale in comparison to those of much better-known companies such as Atlassian or GitHub. In fact their services are so bad that its hard to believe that they actually offer anything other than basic software development and strategy support. Dont bother using them - youll be much better off going somewhere else.
