Media ConsultingI have never used Yump.com before but I was very disappointed with the service. The website is very basic and it seems like they dont really do much else than digital design and consulting for not-for-profits and social media. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

good organisationsI was this companys customer service representative and I can say that they are not at all what I expected. First they were very slow in getting my account activity to the phone number they were providing. Second they never seemed to understand how I felt about not having access to their site or their phone. Finally their chatbots are absolutely terrible. They do not work well anymore. If you want customer service youre going to have to use other companies.

Its not that bad except for the fact that they keep misspelling my name and making me go through each site multiple times to get to their content.The only time I wasnt happy with yump was when they started bothering with peoples personal information like their address and phone number. goodsI recently worked for company yump.com.au and I absolutely hated it The app is ridiculous and the user interface is terrible. They have no claim to the name Yump because the app isnt purposeful or anything. I was also given a bad review of a business which I didnt encounter until after working with them for a few weeks. So overall not what I expected when I started my reviewed company.
