"I Have Never Had Such"

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order and the person on the other end said it would be processed immediately. Two days later I received an email notification that my order was still in process but there was a charge for something that didnt exist. When I asked what the charge was the person on the other end said they couldnt tell me because it wasnt their responsibility. I ended up cancelling my order and Returning everything because of this companys terrible customer service

AREwitI just got my new yuxiglobal.com account and its the worst experience Ive ever had in life. Theres no profile picture or user interface thing going on. Its just a big main screen with some old fashioned lettering that says YUXI GLOBAL. Im not sure what this is supposed to represent but its pretty fucking gross. I dont know how theyre going to make money anymore.
