Their mission is to help businesses find the right architecture and services to solve their unique problems and to help companies achieve a more efficient and profitable outcome from their business operations. However the companys user reviews show that they are only realigning pieces of data for data entry rather than actually providing anyarchitecture or services. In fact the company has been known to use very old school methods such as customer focusaronity analysis in order to determince what really needs to be done which stores and this makes it extremely difficult to give them a good rating. zachman.com was reportedand rated by a different company so it cannot be considered an legitimate source of information.

"I Have Had Two Days"

I have had two days of problems with zachman.com. The first problem was caused by a customer who did not receive their order until after he had been to the site and filed a police report. The second problem was even worse. Ionona the customer service representative did her best to try and get me to stop reporting issues to them but I just couldnt. She said that they need my contact information to create an restraining order against me. At this point I would give company zachman.com zero stars if I ever used their site again.
