I have had a terrible experience with Zaphyr Technologies. I began working with them in 2003 and have had to contact them multiple times for issues that have arisen since then. The most recent issue is that their IT support service is shoddy at best. I recently had to contact them because my computer was not working and they could not find any solution until after hours. In the meantime I was having problems with another computer that was also being used by the business and it started crashing because of how weak their IT support was. Overall this company is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The IT support they provide is terrible and the people who work there are incredibly rude. Ive had to call them multiple times in the past month just to get help with something simple and they always take forever to respond.
