We had to contact them multiple times for help with our website and eventually gave up because the support team was never available or willing to help us out. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone even if you have a small business.2. Do not use this company if youre looking for reliable affordable hosting their rates are simply way too high for what youre getting. Their customer service is also terrible - weve had several issues where theyve been unwilling or unable to help us at all which has caused huge problems for our website. Overall do not bother with Zenbd Hosting - their services are terrible and their prices are ridiculously high.
